يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ
“Seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”
Al-Baqarah 2:153
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ
“Seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”

to destroy, to obliterate
Allah destroys usury and increases charity; and Allah does not like any ungrateful, excessive sinner.
And so that Allah may purify* the believers, and destroy the disbelievers. (* Forgive them their sins, if any.)
